With regard to this marriage/partnership, the undersigned is responsible for and familiar with it.

that the location is easily accessible to everyone (public); this also includes accessibility for disabled persons;
that there are enough chairs for the guests at the location, as well as a table and/or lectern for the wedding official;
that the location is adequately lit and (if necessary) heated;
that the location is covered, or if the wedding ceremony takes place outside, there is a canopy for the wedding official due to weather conditions;
that the marriage official is able to read a speech clearly. Preferably, a microphone should be available for this purpose;
that the marriage ceremony/partnership registration takes approximately 30 minutes;
that there is a (small) room with a mirror available at the location where the wedding official can change clothes;
that the location complies with current safety requirements, in accordance with fire department guidelines, at least with regard to the (possible) building structure, escape routes, and fire extinguishers;
that the owner informs the bride and groom of the municipal fees to be paid for getting married at a free wedding location;
that the time indicated on this form is the start time of the ceremony;
that the municipality of West Maas en Waal is not liable for any injury, however named, including legal liability, to or caused by persons present and/or damage, however named, to the location and/or interior;
that the municipality of West Maas en Waal advises against releasing decorative pigeons at weddings, as this has adverse consequences for the health and welfare of the animals;
The ceremony must always take place at the location designated as a free wedding venue. Marriages that take place outside this location are not valid.
that the owner is aware that, for the rest, the provisions of the Civil Registry Regulations of the municipality of West Maas en Waal are binding.
